Céréales contenant du gluten : blé, seigle, orge, avoine, épeautre, kamut… Présents dans pains, pâtes, biscuits, sauces épaissies, panures. 

Glutenhaltiges Getreide: Weizen, Roggen, Gerste, Hafer, Dinkel, Kamut… Enthalten in Brot, Nudeln, Keksen, verdickten Soßen, Panaden.

Cereals containing gluten: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut, etc. Found in bread, pasta, biscuits, thickened sauces and breadcrumbs.

 

3) Crustacés : crevettes, crabes, homards, langoustines… On les retrouve dans plats de la mer, bouillons et sauces.
